PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

The personal information provided by the users by compiling the forms present on the site or acquired automatically by the software through so-called Cookies, will be processed by e-interiors srl, with registered office in Via Trieste, 9, 20146 Milan (Italy), VAT registration 05464060960, in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality, in compliance with what is provided by Italian regulations regarding the protection of personal information (Legislative Decree 196/2003).  The personal information of individuals belonging to other countries where Legislative Decree 196/2003 is not applicable, are processed in the same way as the Italian ones.

e-interiors allows their visitors the option of providing their not obligatory personal information or not and to receive identification cookies for the collection of anonymous statistical information which may be passed on to the customers and partners of e-interiors. “Cookies” are small strings of text sent by the server and stored on your hard drive containing neutral data such as dates, times, URL etc. from which information can be gathered such as the number of visits, duration, country of origin, etc.

The purposes of the processing of the personal information by e-interiors are those of identifying the visitor in the context of the site to allow them to access their own personal areas and to analyze the aggregate statistical information in order to adapt the services offered to the requirements/tastes/needs of the visitors. In addition, in order to contact the registered visitor to notify him of new information of the site; news and communication offered by partners and advertisers; special events, competitions and any other news.

The processing of the data will be done through consultation and preparation both in hard copy and electronically, in a controlled manner. The personal information may be communicated within our Company to those in charge of the offices involved, for the following purposes: Statistics, market research, promotional activities and marketing information, etc. In addition, the personal information of the users may be communicated by our company, data controller, also to affiliated companies or to third party companies who provide us with services to achieve the same purposes. We wish to specify that the granting of the information by the users is optional; however it is indispensable for the sending of information and providing the services requested. 

e-interiors will issue to every user who provides their information, a personal and secret username and password, via e-mail addressed to the email provided. The conclusion of the registration will be subordinate to receiving this e-mail and its resulting activation through the link contained in this e-mail. We recommend not allowing anyone to access your e-mail and personal secret information, to log-out before leaving your terminal unattended and to adopt all the precautions necessary to safeguard your information.

At any time the user may view their data being held by e-interiors, modify them or cancel them completely autonomously directly from the site www.e-interiors.net through the “modify data” feature.  After logging in, they may also request at any time the update, modification, integration, cancellation of their information, as provided by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree  196/2003, by sending an e-mail to customercare@e-interiors.net, indicating clearly the action desired and their username and password. Languages accepted: Italian, Spanish or English.

The data of the users will be communicated to the e-interiors advertising companies if the user compiles and sends to them the specific contact form located on e-interiors intended for requests for various information. 

In this case, the Company contacted is implicitly authorized to process the data for the purpose of satisfying the specific request and to retain them for future contacts of technical, advertising or marketing updates.

These Companies will consequently be required at their own expense and responsibility to comply with the current regulations regarding the processing of personal information.

The e-interiors Company srl cannot under any circumstance be liable for the failure to observe this compliance by their advertising companies.

The material available for consultation and download on e-interiors belong the advertising companies who have provided explicit authorization to e-interiors to publish them.

In some cases, it may be possible that these Companies request information of those who have downloaded their material.

In that case, by expressly asking each time the consent of the user at the time of the download, the information of the user performing the download which e-interiors has will be communicated to the Company. 

In this case as well, these Companies will be required at their own expense and responsibility to comply with the current regulations regarding the processing of personal information and the e-interiors Company srl may not under any circumstance be responsible for their failure to respect this compliance.

Any dispute will be regulated by Italian laws and the competent court will be exclusively that of Milan (Italy).
