Founded in Treviso in 1873, the Ceramica Appiani has been present on the national and international market for 130 years. Its first steps were the production of ornaments, hollow tiles and brickworks to arrive in the 50's at the famous "red gres", up to the present period characterised by the production of single-pressed fired ceramic tiles.

In 1992 Appiani joins Altaeco Group that counts other prestigious brands in the world of ceramic for architecture such as Ceramica Bardelli, Ceramica Gabbianelli and Vogue. 1993 Development of single-pressed fired ceramic mosaic. 2000 Appiani production plant is entirely renovated and all processes are now computer led.
